This policy applies to the following Prominance mobile applications, intended exclusively for authorized employees, field executives, and fabrication partners of PWDS Extrusions Pvt Ltd:

Section 01
Information We Collect
Prominance collects certain information to provide operational and business services within the application.
1.1 Location Information
We collect device location data to enable live location tracking of field staff.

This is used to monitor field staff movements, track visits to customer locations, improve operational management, and provide route and activity verification.
Prominance BDO and Prominance Manager collect location data in the background (while the app is not actively in use or the screen is off) to continuously track field staff visits and verify on-site activity during working hours. This data is used solely for internal business operational purposes — monitoring field visits, generating attendance records, and verifying customer site activity. Prominance Fabricator does not collect background location. This data is never used for advertising and is never shared with third parties.
1.2 Call Log Information
Prominance accesses call logs to record communication activity between staff and business contacts only. The application does not store or record call audio. Personal call history unrelated to registered business contacts is never accessed or stored.

1.3 Camera Usage
Prominance uses the device camera to capture images related to field operations. Images are stored securely and used strictly for business documentation.

1.4 Device & Technical Information
We may collect basic device information including device model, operating system version, app version, and network status. This is used for app performance monitoring, bug fixing, and service improvement.
1.5 File Upload Information (Prominance Fabricator only)
The Prominance Fabricator application allows fabrication partners to upload PDF documents related to quotations and fabrication orders.

Files are accessed only when explicitly selected by the user for upload. The application does not scan, read, or access any other files stored on the device. Uploaded files are stored securely and used solely for order and quotation management within the Prominance system.

Permissions We Request
All permissions are used exclusively for internal business operations.

| ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION | Allow continuous location tracking when the app is not actively in use, to support field visit verification and attendance reporting. Never used for advertising. |
| CALL_PHONE | Allow users to directly call business contacts (customers, fabricators) from within the application. |
| READ_PHONE_STATE | Identify device status during calls and ensure proper call activity logging. |
| READ_CALL_LOG | Track calls made to registered business contacts, record durations, and generate communication reports. Personal call history unrelated to business is never accessed. |
| FOREGROUND_SERVICE | Run background services for location tracking and maintain real-time activity updates during field operations. |
| FOREGROUND_SERVICE_LOCATION | Maintain a foreground service specifically for location tracking to ensure reliable and accurate field tracking. |
| WAKE_LOCK | Keep the device active during tracking operations to ensure accurate location updates are not interrupted. |
| POST_NOTIFICATIONS | Send important app notifications and alert users about tasks, updates, or operational messages from management. |
| READ_MEDIA_DOCUMENTS | Allow fabricators to select and upload PDF documents from their device. Prominance Fabricator only. Only files explicitly selected by the user are accessed. |
| READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE | Allow access to user-selected files for PDF upload on older Android versions. Prominance Fabricator only, Android 12 and below. No other files on the device are accessed. |

How We Use Your Information
The collected data is used exclusively for internal business operational purposes. It is never used for advertising, profiling, or sold to third parties.

Data Sharing & Advertising
Prominance does not sell, rent, trade, or share personal data with any third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. Collected data — including location, call logs, and device information — is never used for advertising and is never shared with advertising networks or data brokers.

Section 06
Data Retention
We retain collected information only for as long as necessary to fulfill operational purposes, maintain reporting records, and comply with legal obligations. When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

Data Deletion Rights
Users have the right to request deletion of their personal data collected through the Prominance applications. To submit a request, email [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and your registered employee details. Requests will be processed within 30 days.
Please note that certain data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business record-keeping purposes.

User Responsibility
These applications are intended for use by authorized employees of PWDS Extrusions Pvt Ltd only. Users are responsible for:
