Account Deletion Request
How to request deletion of your Prominance account and associated data

Step 01 Compose your emailSend to [email protected] with subject: “Account Deletion Request” |
Step 02 Include your detailsYour full name, registered phone number, Employee ID (if applicable), and a short message requesting deletion. |

Step 03 Identity verificationOur support team will verify your identity. You may be contacted for additional confirmation before the process begins. |
Step 04 Deletion completedYour account will be disabled immediately and permanently deleted after the data retention period (up to 30 days). |

Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon successful verification and processing of your deletion request, the following data associated with your account will be permanently removed:

| — Registered phone number and login credentials |
| — Location tracking history |
| — Call activity logs |
| — Uploaded site images and documentation photos |
| — Uploaded PDF quotation and order documents (Fabricator) |
| — Application activity records |
| — Visit and attendance records |
⚠️ This action is irreversible. Once the account deletion process is completed, this data cannot be recovered.
Section 03
Data Retention Period
Some information may be retained temporarily for operational, legal, or compliance purposes before permanent deletion.

Section 04
Important Notes
| — Deleting your account will permanently remove access to all Prominance mobile applications. |
| — Operational reporting records may be retained in anonymized format for business continuity. |
| — Deletion requests must be submitted by the account owner or an authorized company administrator. |
| — Requests from unauthorized individuals will not be processed. |

Processing Time
All account deletion requests will be acknowledged within 3 business days and fully processed within 30 days of verified approval.
