Can uPVC windows be fitted from inside?

Fitting windows either from the inside or the outside is entirely dependant on the architecture of the building. Some buildings are designed in such a way that the outside is smaller than the inside and vice versa. The larger side is always utilized to install the windows. Independent of the side it’s being installed from, the window is always sealed from the outside.
